      Our new campaign for the Women's World Cup

      Brand campaign Women's World Cup 2019"Commerzbank. The bank at your side" – this is our brand promise to our customers. Just as passionate are we in our role as partner to the sport, and have also stood side by side with the Women’s National Team for over 10 years. And we’ll be accompanying them with our new brand campaign during the World Cup in France.

      We’ve got ponytails!

      The tournament kicks off on 7th June with the opening game, France v South Korea in Paris. Our women have trained hard and are highly motivated. Under their new coach, Martina Voss-Tecklenburg, they want to reach the final together on 7 July in Lyon and raise the cup for a third time. This self-confidence is also clearly present in our new adverts.

      Significant improvements have also been made on the previous successful brand campaign. It is the women's national team that will be in focus: they will be taking on the prejudices against women's football with a proud, aggressive and demanding stance. Out with the pigtails and in with the ponytails - the pitch is perfect for 11 women looking to dominate the field with passion, vigour and team spirit, and deliver a thrilling performance for the fans.

      The new campaign will kick-start on 14 May with broadcasting on the German media channel ARD (19:52) as well as on all major social media.
